Bricks

In Schimmert, Limburg, we are always attempting to break boundaries. Always looking to innovate when it comes to flavour. But also form. Round truffles are nothing new. And because here at Visser Chocolade, we like to do things that bit differently, we wanted to give truffles a makeover.

Our Bricks are – as the name suggests – brick-shaped. Incidentally, the English word ‘brick’ is also used in our Limburgish dialect.

Ganache centres form the basis for these Bricks. We have also opted for flavours that everyone enjoys. Classic fillings that will appeal to many. Beautiful, melt-in-the-mouth bonbons behind an unconventional façade.
