Visser Chocolade is the result of over 30 years of experience. It started from the moment I decided I wanted to be a chef. Countless hours spent learning about raw ingredients, preparation techniques and endless quests for new taste sensations. All of this knowledge I amassed, I try to share with our chocolatiers, day in day out. Together, we continually work on improving our unique DNA. Whatever it is I’m doing, I couldn’t do it any other way…
